Elemental analysis is a routine requirement in the Pharmaceutical and Veterinary industries. Typically, Elemental Analysis is undertaken for the purpose of heavy metal screening in raw materials, and the accurate determination of trace quantities in finished products. Reliable quantitative analysis in the presence of interfering background components can be problematic for trace level determinations.
