ALS has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) designed to ensure the production of consistent and reliable data. The system covers all laboratory activities and takes into consideration the requirements of ISO standards. ISO registration and accreditation provides inde-pendent verification for our clients that the QMS in operation meets international standards. Most ALS geochemical laboratories are registered or are pending registration to ISO 9001:2008, and a number of analytical facilities have received ISO 17025 accreditations for specific laboratory procedures.
