ALS has commenced a strategic collaboration partnership with Brisbane-based technology start-up MOVUS. The companies have a shared vision to transform asset health management leveraging award-winning MOVUS technology and ALS expertise in the heavy industrial asset integrity and reliability space.

The relationship will strengthen ALS’s position as the leading provider of Asset Reliability and Condition Monitoring Services and accelerate penetration of the MOVUS FitMachine technology in the heavy industrial sector.

Combining strengths to transform asset health management

ALS has maintained its lead position in asset integrity and reliability by continuously seeking the most effective condition monitoring techniques, enabling clients to maximise asset life whilst minimising operating cost.

Developments in on-chip and wireless sensor technology and artificial intelligence have opened new possibilities in condition monitoring, making online condition monitoring more accessible to a much greater range of applications.

MOVUS is a Brisbane-based developer of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices, with significant capability in machine-learning.  MOVUS aims to bring consumer simplicity, combined with artificial intelligence, to enable smarter machines.  The MOVUS FitMachine uses wireless sensors and Artificial Intelligence to provide 24/7 monitoring of the condition of industrial machines.  With continuous monitoring of plant condition, asset owners can make better manage their machines.
