ALS provides a full range of environmental analytical testing services, with specialisation in the analysis of soil, sediment, water (raw, waste, drinking, catchment, recycled, saline, product), leachates, industrial hygiene and radiochemistry. Our analytical laboratory testing services for these matrices includes routine, trace-level organics (volatile- and semi-volatile, herbicides, pesticides, PCBs and disinfection byproducts), metals and nutrients, inorganic non-metallics and microbiological, as well as specialty testing areas in some regions.
ALS's environmental risk services provide environmental and occupational risk services across New Zealand, supporting regulatory compliance and risk management across the built environment, infrastructure, resources and industrial sectors. Services include asbestos and hazardous material assessments, occupational hygiene, mould, methamphetamine and compliance support, delivered by experienced local teams and supported by ALS’s broader technical capability.
