Review the current vacancies available at ALS either on our Careers Site or via LinkedIn.
If your application is progressing, you will receive a call or email from the recruiter managing the vacancy within two weeks. The first step is usually a phone or Skype interview which may last for 20 – 45 minutes. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about ALS and the role you are applying for.
The next step will usually be a face to face interview where you will be asked in more detail about your relevant skills and you will also be asked behaviour-based questions to help us understand not just your competencies but also how you might react in a range of different work settings. This interview will enable us to understand you better and how you might fit into our teams. The interview will generally take up to 1 hour (or up to 2 hours for senior roles).
If you successfully pass this interview you may be asked to meet other team members or a senior ALS manager, depending on the type of role you have applied for. ALS likes to make decisions quickly once it has all the relevant information and will not keep you waiting unnecessarily.
The next step may be some testing. Tests will relate to the type of role – you should ask at your interview what sort of tests apply for the role. You may also be asked to provide career referee names for us to talk to.
Please note that the timings above are indicative, where there is a high volume of applications the process might take a litter longer.
