When you fill out the information below a Product Material Information form, an Application, and a Client Service Agreement will be sent to the email provided.
Step 2: Quoting
In order to quote a project, the Product Material Information form will need to be completed and returned. Completed PMI forms can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Based on this information ALS will provide you a quotation for your certification project based on the specific Standard requirements.
Step 3: Project submission
Once the quote is accepted, the application and client service agreement will need to be completed and returned. When all the proper documentation is received one of ALS’s product certification engineers will be assigned to manage your certification project from beginning to end. Your assigned Engineer will contact you to set up an initial manufacturer inspection, if applicable. At that time, initial samples for testing will be collected, unless otherwise specified.
Step 4: Certification
Once any applicable inspections are completed and the samples are in the laboratory, the clock for standard turnaround time begins. ALS provides our clients with best in industry turnaround times paired with the highest quality data. During this time samples will go through processing, material review, sample preparation, analysis, evaluation of results, and, if required, a toxicology review. Finally, your entire project is reviewed by personnel not involved in the above evaluation process and a decision is made to issue and post your listing to our Certified Listing Directory.
