ALS provides a convenient network of secure sample drop-off points across the UK, offering you greater flexibility when submitting samples.

 

Most sites are collected from daily by our refrigerated couriers to ensure your samples reach the laboratory quickly and in optimal condition.

On-demand locations are highlighted in red. These must be booked before 16:00 on the previous working day to guarantee collection.

Important Information for Clients

 

Access codes and consignment numbers: Please contact ALS Client Services before using a drop-off location to obtain any required access code and a consignment number for tracking.

 

On-demand locations: Some sites are not on the nightly courier route. These must be booked before 16:00 on the previous working day to guarantee collection.

 

Operational hours: Most locations are open Monday to Friday and accept samples until around 17:45. Please check individual site opening hours before travelling.

 

Sample transport: All samples are collected using temperature-controlled couriers to maintain sample integrity and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory.
