Electrical hardware design

CONTROL PANELS

Where standard products are not suitable, we design and deliver custom control panels tailored to specific site and process requirements.

Our scope includes electrical design, panel manufacture, programming, testing and commissioning, delivered as a complete turn-key solution. All designs are developed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, including AS3000, as well as site-specific engineering and safety requirements.

Panels are engineered with reliability, maintainability and safe operation in mind, helping ensure they integrate cleanly into existing plant infrastructure and can be supported over the long term.

CUSTOM-BUILT ELECTRONICS

For applications where suitable off-the-shelf instrumentation does not exist, we can design and deliver custom electronic solutions to meet specific operational requirements.

Our capability spans electronic circuit design, prototyping, testing and deployment, which allowsus to develop fit-for-purpose solutions that integrate directly with plant control systems. This includes rapid prototyping where required, enabling concepts to be evaluated and refined efficiently.

We apply custom electronics selectively, where they can provide clear operational benefit, improve reliability, or cost advantages over standard alternatives. Each solution is engineered with maintainability and long-term support in mind.

CENTAUR CYANIDE ANALYSER

We supply and support the Centaur Cyanide Analyser to provide accurate, reliable cyanide measurement in demanding plant environments. Designed and built in Perth, Western Australia, the Centaur has been developed with a small footprint that supports dedicated installation at each measurement point, helping to avoid cross-contamination, reduce single-point failure risk and allow stream-specific configuration where required.

The analyser has been engineered for practical site use, with clear separation of wet and dry areas, low-maintenance components and straightforward integration into existing SCADA and PLC environments using standard industrial communication protocols. The result is a cyanide analysis system that operators can depend on and maintenance teams can support with confidence.
