ALS appoints Andrea Vallejo as Executive General Manager, Environmental
ALS is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Vallejo as Executive General Manager, Environmental, commencing 7 April 2026.
Andrea brings more than 20 years’ global leadership experience across the building technologies and solutions sector. She has a strong track record delivering growth, improving operational performance and building high-performing teams across complex, international markets.
Andrea joins ALS from Johnson Controls, where she most recently served as Vice President and General Manager, South & West Europe. During her 18-year tenure, she held a range of senior leadership roles globally, including Vice President Commercial EMEA & Latin America and Vice President & General Manager, Global Industrial Refrigeration, working across diverse cultures and markets.
ALS Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Malcolm Deane said Andrea’s appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capability and accelerating growth in its Environmental business.

Andrea will oversee the global Environmental business, including strategic capital allocation, organic and inorganic growth initiatives, and the continued development of a leading, client-focused platform.
