The ALS Food and Pharmaceutical laboratories in Australia will be open during the Christmas/New Year period, except for the mandated public holidays and weekends. Any adjusted trading hours and sample deadline variations are listed in this news item.

On behalf of the ALS food and pharmaceutical teams in Australia, we would like to wish you and your family a safe and happy Festive Season. We thank you for your support this year and look forward to working with you in 2018.

MANAGING PROJECTS OVER THE CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD:

Our laboratories will be open during the Christmas/New Year period except for the mandated public holidays and weekends.  In addition:

  • Friday 22nd December – all samples to be submitted before 12pm
  • Wednesday 27th to Friday 29th December - Courier Service will only be available by prior agreement.

ALS would like to gain a better understanding of any projects that may need particular attention over this period. If you are submitting samples prior to or during the Christmas / New Year period (18 Dec 2017 to 5 Jan 2018) please contact your Client Manager or local Customer Service Representative to discuss your project timelines, required service delivery and any other specific requirements.
