Sustainability Review 2026 — Progress with purpose

Progress with purpose

We continued to advance sustainability priorities across our pillars: people, planet, communities and business practices – strengthening the foundations that support long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

People

Supporting the wellbeing, development and inclusion of our people is key to building a stronger and more connected global workforce.

We fostered this environment by:

  • Maintaining a strong focus on employee health, safety and wellbeing, achieving record-low TRIFR and LTIFR
  • Advancing diversity, inclusion and leadership capability across the organisation
  • Strengthening initiatives that support mental health and psychosocial safety.

We minimised our environmental footprint by:

  • Progressing our net zero roadmap through solar, renewables and efficiency upgrades
  • Maintaining our solar capacity, achieving our highest annual solar production of 3,539 MWh
  • Targeting waste and resource management measures at select sites.
