ALS has been recognised for operational excellence by Chile’s Work Safety Institute (IST). In receiving this recognition, ALS inspection services in Chile are exempted from the nation’s required risk-factor contribution.

ALS’ inspection services in Chile support clients with innovation and efficiency in diverse industries, including the mining, energy, agricultural, maritime and port sectors. The award acknowledges the company’s preventive management practices across all its inspection operations in the South American nation. Through its effective measures to eliminate, control and reduce risk of work accidents and occupational diseases, ALS’ inspection team in Chile achieved a record low accident rate of events with medical leave and zero days lost in the periods evaluated, leading to a current national risk factor contribution of 0%.
