ALS expands food and consumer products testing capabilities in India

ALS has completed the acquisition of Audentes Laboratories, a leading food and consumer products testing laboratory based in Mumbai, India.

The acquisition strengthens ALS' presence in Western India and expands its capabilities across food, consumer goods, personal care and home care testing.

Audentes operates a state-of-the-art laboratory facility and holds a range of industry accreditations, including NABL, FSSAI, APEDA, AGMARK and EIC certifications. The laboratory serves a diverse customer base and brings specialised expertise in food analytical testing, consumer products testing and claim validation services.

Located in Mumbai, one of India's most important commercial and export hubs, the facility provides ALS with a strong platform to support customers across Western India while enhancing access to testing services for both domestic and international markets.
